Harry Williams is the most successful Ulster Coach of all time, winning the European Cup in 1999 in the greatest day in the history of the province.

I had the privilege of speaking to Harry at his home and got an insight into how he motivated a group of players to achieve a historic campaign and hear some advice on what Ulster must do to replicate this with the current squad.
