Mike McComish: Be Like Mike

My next guest on the podcast is former Ulster Rugby player Mike McComish.

You’ll remember Mike from his playing days – starting off on a development contract with Ulster then playing in England for Rotheram and Otley before coming back to Ireland to join Connacht and eventually found his way back to Ulster.

The episode title is derived from the fact we could all benefit from being a bit more like Mike: pursue your passions, find balance in your life and take your health and longevity seriously because, without it, there's nothing left.
